The Batch Coordinators Meet held on 7th January marked the formal beginning of preparations for Back to School 2026 – Season 2. This important gathering brought together batch representatives and key SPUAA members with a shared purpose — to build a reunion that reflects the strength, warmth, and legacy of the St. Paul’s alumni community.

The meeting focused on structured planning and clear coordination across batches. Discussions revolved around alumni outreach, registration strategies, communication channels, and strengthening participation from across India and abroad. Each coordinator shared updates from their respective batches, highlighting engagement levels, challenges, and opportunities to increase involvement.

The session also emphasized the importance of unity and consistent messaging. With alumni spanning multiple decades, coordinated effort plays a crucial role in ensuring that every Paulite feels informed, included, and encouraged to participate.
